Lucie Robertson
Our Registered Manager
Lucie has 20 years experience as a registered nurse, she has worked as a district nurse and continuing healthcare assessor and has spent much of her nursing career in care settings before moving into case management. Lucie has worked as a case manager for 8 years supporting adults with Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Injuries and complex Orthopaedic Injuries. As part of this role Lucie has arranged and managed packages of care for clients giving her the experience required to be our registered manager.
Lucie is passionate about ensuring clients and their families are fully involved in the process of choosing care staff and ensuring that each package of care is tailored to their specific requirements. Lucie is also fully committed to supporting clients to achieve their goals and meet their social needs and this commitment is reflected in the enhanced training we provide for our care staff.
Lucie is a confident communicator and experienced in liaising with specialist multidisciplinary teams to ensure that the client's needs are met fully and to the best possible standard. Her experience as a case manager and former continuing healthcare assessor is key to her proficiency in setting up long term care packages. Lucie is adept at devising care plans and risk assessments for clients with complex care needs.
Lucie has a wide range of clinical and managerial experience and is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). She is a full member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).
